Savory ground beef and veggie casserole, baked in a creamy soup sauce. A family favorite that's simple and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions
  • 0.5 cup chopped green bell pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine ground beef, rice, French onion soup, cream of mushroom soup, celery, green onions, and green bell pepper in a 2 quart casserole dish until well mixed.
  • Bake covered at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
