Elevate oven-baked potatoes with creamy ranch, luscious cream, and crispy French-Fried onion toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 2 boxes (4.7 oz each) Betty Crocker™ scalloped potatoes
  • 1 package (1 oz) ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix (milk recipe)
  • 3 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 3/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 can (2.8 oz) French-fried onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Combine both Sauce Mixes, dressing mix, boiling water, and half-and-half in a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Mix well with a whisk. Add both Potatoes pouches and bell pepper. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • Layer on the onions and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Just before serving, garnish with fresh parsley. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving to thicken the sauce.
