Decadent fudge brownie pie with rich chocolate filling and fluffy whipped cream topping. Irresistible for chocolate lovers!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously coat the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Prepare the brownie batter according to the instructions on the box. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of decadent chocolate chips. Transfer the batter to a pan and bake for 22 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the edge comes out almost clean. Allow it to cool completely for about 1 hour.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat the Filling ingredients until smooth, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl frequently. Spread the mixture evenly over the brownies and refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
  • To serve, slice brownies into 24 squares. In a chilled medium bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream with an electric mixer until slightly thickened. Add 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  • Fill a decorating bag with 1/2-inch star piping tip with whipped cream. Pipe rosette flowers onto the center of each brownie by applying steady pressure in a tight circle, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Top with chocolate chips and refrigerate covered loosely.
