Wholesome breakfast with fresh berries, yogurt, nuts, seeds, and cranberries.
Ingredients:
  • 187.50 ml toasted muesli
  • 200g snack tub nuts & seeds with cranberries
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 4 slices watermelon
  • 250.00 ml strawberries
  • 250.00 ml blueberries
  • 250.00 ml raspberries
  • 250.00 ml vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/2 rockmelon, peeled, sliced
  • 2 mangoes, halved and peeled
  • 2 oranges, peeled, sliced
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced
Instructions:
  • Divide fruit into individual bowls, add a dollop of yogurt, and generously sprinkle with nut crumble.
  • Preheat the oven to 180C (160C fan) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine muesli, contents of snack tub, and honey. Spread mixture onto a prepared tray and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool before serving.
