Elevate your cheeseburger macaroni with a delicious twist by adding crispy fried eggs for extra flavor and texture!
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1 box Hamburger Helper™ cheeseburger macaroni
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet, brown the beef over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, then drain off excess fat.
  • Combine the sauce mix from the Hamburger Helper box with hot water until dissolved. Add milk and uncooked pasta from the same box. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Lower the heat and cover the pot. Let it simmer for approximately 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
  • In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Gently crack eggs into the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the whites are fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish pasta with eggs, then plate and enjoy.
