Make this easy make-ahead freezer treat without any stress.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups whipping (heavy) cream
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 cup chocolate-flavor syrup
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine (firm)
  • 1 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Instructions:
  • Combine the whipping cream, liqueur, and syrup in a large bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine butter and flour in a medium bowl using a pastry blender or crisscrossing 2 knives until well mixed. Add nuts and mix. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x9x2 inch square pan. Bake for about 15 minutes until lightly browned. Allow to cool completely for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Whip the cream mixture with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, then spread it over the crust. Freeze, covered, for at least 4 hours until firm. To serve, cut into 3 rows by 3 rows and enjoy right away. Store any leftovers covered in the freezer.
