Indulgent frozen lemonade pie with fresh summer berries - a sweet and tangy summer delight!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, not thawed
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 0.5 cup fresh blackberries
  • 0.5 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and chill a bowl in the refrigerator.
  • Mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Place in the oven that has been preheated and bake until the texture is firm, for approximately 7 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  • Using a hand mixer, whip cream in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form.
  • Combine sweetened condensed milk and frozen lemonade concentrate in a separate bowl. Gently fold lemonade mixture into whipped cream. Spread filling onto the cooled crust and freeze for 8 hours to overnight until set.
  • Allow the pie to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. In a bowl, combine strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Garnish each slice with the berry mixture.
