Frozen Yoghurt Peach Pops

Wholesome frozen yogurt pops - ideal for a quick, delicious post-school treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups Mountain High™ lowfat vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 cups peeled and sliced frozen (thawed) peaches
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium speed until smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Pour the mixture into 6 (5-oz) paper cups. Cover the cups with foil and insert craft sticks into the center of each pop. Alternatively, use ice pop molds as directed by the manufacturer. Freeze for about 6 hours until solid.
