Lactose Free Peach Frozen Yogurt with Raspberry Swirl

Chill ice cream freezer container overnight before use.
Ingredients:
  • 6 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Lactose Free peach yogurt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed (from 12 oz bag)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 6 mint leaves
Instructions:
  • Scoop yogurt into the 1-quart ice cream freezer, drizzle honey over it, and then freeze following the manufacturer’s instructions until the yogurt reaches a soft-serve ice cream consistency, approximately 20 minutes.
  • Place fresh raspberries and sugar in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a small strainer into a medium bowl, pressing with the back of a spoon to remove seeds. Discard the seeds and set the raspberry mixture aside.
  • Place the yogurt in a 1 1/2-quart plastic container. Spoon dollops of the berry mixture on top of the yogurt. Use a kitchen knife or spatula to gently swirl the berry mixture into the yogurt.
  • Top each portion with a handful of ripe raspberries and a vibrant mint leaf. Enjoy right away or keep covered in the freezer.
