Indulge in a refreshing twist on traditional Indian yogurt drink with ripe mango and dairy-free yogurt.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped mango
  • 1 cup original-flavored soymilk
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Lactose Free peach yogurt
  • Ground ginger
Instructions:
  • Place all ingredients in the blender except for the ginger. Cover and blend on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 glasses and sprinkle with fresh ginger. Enjoy right away.
