Peachy Frozen Yogurt

Experience the essence of summer in every bite, inspired by Prevention® Healthy Cooking.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic peaches, partially thawed
  • 1 container (2 lb) Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
Instructions:
  • Combine 1 1/2 cups of peaches in a food processor with yogurt and honey, blending until smooth. Finely chop the rest of the peaches and fold them into the creamy mixture. Transfer the mixture into a 2-quart pan. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours until it's set.
  • Roughly break up the frozen mixture and transfer it to a food processor. Pulse until it reaches a fluffy consistency. Return the mixture to the pan, cover it, and freeze for at least 6 hours until firm.
  • Allow frozen yogurt to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before enjoying.
