Unique fruit cocktail with a delicious twist of butter. Truly makes a difference!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 (16 ounce) can fruit cocktail
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then generously grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Combine sugar and melted butter/margarine in a large bowl. Beat in eggs, then mix in flour and vanilla. Stir in fruit cocktail and pour batter into prepared pans.
  • Bake until the cake is fully cooked, about 25 to 35 minutes.
