Quick and delicious homemade dump cake with fruit cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (16 ounce) can fruit cocktail
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and generously coat an 8 x 8 inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, egg, and fruit cocktail in a medium bowl. Mix until just combined, then pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with brown sugar on top.
  • Bake at 165 degrees C (325 degrees F) until golden brown, approximately 45 minutes.
