Ingredients:
  • 187.50 gm water
  • 656.25 gm clear apple juice
  • 18.00 gm powdered gelatine
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled, diced
  • 250g punnet strawberries, hulled, sliced
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, apple juice, and gelatine. Stir and cook until the liquid just starts to boil, about 5 minutes. Then, transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 45 minutes, or until the jelly begins to lightly set.
  • Mix the kiwifruit and strawberries together, then divide into 6 x 1/2-cup glasses. Add a layer of jelly on top, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until set. Serve and enjoy!
