Two delectable fruit jellies for the perfect post-dinner treat!
Ingredients:
  • 500ml fresh apple and mango juice
  • 27.00 gm gelatine powder
  • 6 small navel oranges, halved
  • 140g blueberry
  • 500ml white cranberry strawberry fruit drink
  • 6 small naval oranges, halved
  • 125g strawberry
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, heat 200ml of juice until it boils. Add gelatine and whisk with a fork until fully dissolved. Pour in the rest of the juice and stir until mixture is thoroughly combined.
  • Using a small knife, gently separate the orange flesh from the skin and remove it with a spoon. Place the orange cups in muffin trays.
  • Fill orange cups with a mix of blueberries or strawberries. Top with jelly mixture, then chill for 3-4 hours until set. Serve chilled.
