Delicious cinnamon apple mince pie with brandy cream.
Ingredients:
  • 60g butter
  • 34.40 gm Demerara sugar
  • 200ml brandy double cream
  • 6 Granny smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into 12 wedges
  • 6 puff pastry fruit mince pies
Instructions:
  • In a frying pan over medium heat, melt butter with a cinnamon stick until foamy. Add apples and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender.
  • Sprinkle sugar over apples and turn to coat evenly until lightly golden. Remove cinnamon stick, transfer apples to a serving bowl, and serve warm with mince pies and brandy cream. Guests can top their mince pies with apples and drizzle with brandy cream.
