Indulge in a decadent dessert pizza with a sugar-cookie crust, creamy frosting, fluffy whipped cream, and fresh fruit toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 3 1/2 cups assorted fresh fruit
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly coat a 14-inch pizza pan or 15x10-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine cookie mix, melted butter, and egg in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms. Press dough onto the bottom of the pan and bake for 10-15 minutes until light golden brown. Allow to cool completely, approximately 45 minutes.
  • In a chilled medium bowl, whip the whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold the frosting into the whipped cream. Spread the mixture over the cookie pizza and top with fruit.
