Try our vibrant pink bircher fruit pizza for a refreshing twist on your breakfast or dessert. Customize with seasonal fruits for a stunning presentation.
Ingredients:
  • 240g (2 cups) bircher quinoa muesli
  • 80g (1/2 cup) white chia seeds
  • 60g (1/2 cup) frozen raspberries
  • 250ml (1 cup) boiling water
  • 33.60 gm coconut oil
  • 1 tsp acai and berries superfruits powder, plus extra, to serve
  • 250g tub coconut yoghurt
  • Figs, quartered, to serve
  • Green grapes, sliced, to serve
  • Blueberries, to serve
  • Raspberries, to serve
  • Freeze-dried strawberries, crushed, to serve
  • Edible flowers, to decorate (optional)
  • Honey, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Prepare a pizza tray or large baking tray by lining it with baking paper. Combine muesli, chia seeds, frozen raspberries, boiling water, coconut oil, and acai powder in a food processor. Blend until a dough forms. Transfer the dough onto the lined tray and press it into a 25cm disc. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Spread the velvety coconut yoghurt over the cool pizza base then artfully place the figs in a captivating spiral. Generously sprinkle with vibrant grapes, luscious berries, and a touch of extra acai powder. Finish with a sprinkle of freeze-dried strawberry and delicate flowers, if desired, then graciously drizzle with golden honey.
