Fruit salad with honey yoghurt

Indulge in a refreshing fruit salad and yogurt drizzled with dessert wine.
Ingredients:
  • 300g pineapple, peeled, cut into 1.5cm cubes
  • 600g watermelon, peeled, cut into 1.5cm cubes
  • 250g rockmelon, peeled, cut into 1.5cm cubes
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled, halved, cut into thin wedges
  • 250g small strawberries, hulled, quartered
  • 3 passionfruit, halved
  • 40.00 ml botrytis semillon dessert wine
  • 187.50 ml honey yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Mix together pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, kiwifruit, and strawberries in a bowl. Stir passionfruit pulp and wine in a jug.
  • Divide the fruity mix evenly into 8 glasses. Add a dollop of creamy yogurt on top. Finish with a luscious drizzle of passionfruit sauce. Enjoy!
