Transform Thanksgiving leftovers into a quick and irresistible salad.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Yoplait® Original fat-free plain yogurt or fat-free sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 lb cooked skinless turkey breast, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 medium celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 apple, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/3 cup dried apricots, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
Instructions:
  • Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, thyme, lemon peel, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Gently mix in turkey, celery, apple, and apricots until everything is evenly coated.
  • Generously top with crunchy walnuts for added texture and nutty flavor.
