Create a tasty marinade with plum jam, soy sauce, brown sugar, and fruit soda for grilled pork tenderloin. Serve sliced over baby lettuce salad for a delicious summer dish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup plum jam
  • 0.75 cup black cherry soda
  • 1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, gently combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and jam until sugar dissolves. Set aside 1/4 cup of sauce for basting the tenderloin later. Mix the rest of the sauce with soda in a large resealable plastic bag, add the meat, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Heat up the grill until it reaches medium heat.
  • Brush the preheated grill with a touch of oil, then dispose of the marinade. Grill the tenderloin for 15 to 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) when checked with an instant-read thermometer.
  • Rest the grilled meat for 5 minutes before slicing it into elegant 1/4 inch thick medallions.
