Make a vibrant fruit snack bouquet for a stunning edible centerpiece or cake topping!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fruit Roll-Ups™ Blastin’ Berry Hot Colors™ chewy fruit flavored snacks
  • 5 vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1/2 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fruit Gushers™ fruit flavored snacks (any variety)
Instructions:
  • Peel off paper from Fruit Roll-Ups. Cut circles using a 2 1/2-inch round cutter or a similarly sized bottle cap. Wrap the circles around wafer cookies.
  • Transfer frosting to a small resealable sandwich-size bag and snip off a tiny corner. Use the frosting to attach 5 Fruit Gushers fruit flavored snacks to each covered wafer cookie. For the flower centers, cut circles from fruit flavored snacks using a 1 1/2-inch cutter. Pinch each circle in the middle, twist to form a flower shape, and attach to the center of each cookie with a touch of frosting.
  • Prepare a platter lined with cooking parchment paper or plastic wrap to prevent sticking. Cut 1/2-inch wide strips from the green part of fruit flavored snacks to make stems. Roll them tightly to form the stems. Create a flower bouquet by cutting stems into various lengths. Double the green portion of the fruit flavored snacks for thickness, cut out leaves, and attach them to the stems using a small amount of water.
