Fruity tingle ice-cream cones

Enjoy delicious chocolate-dipped Australian ice-cream cones for a flavor-packed treat.
Ingredients:
  • 200g white choc melts
  • 34g pkt Life Savers Fruit Tingles
  • 4 waffle ice-cream cones
  • 8 scoops Life Savers Fruit Tingles Ice Cream
  • Mini pastel meringues, to serve
Instructions:
  • Cover a wire rack with parchment paper. Place candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 1-minute increments on Medium heat until smooth. Stir in food coloring until the chocolate has a delicate pale pink hue.
  • Crush half of the Fruit Tingles gently. Dip the tops of the cones in the melted chocolate, swirling to coat evenly and shaking off any excess. Sprinkle with the crushed Fruit Tingles. Place the cones chocolate side down on the prepared rack and allow the chocolate to set.
  • Scoop 2 generous portions of ice-cream into each cone and garnish with the remaining Fruit Tingles and mini meringues for a delightful presentation.
