Fruity granola pizza topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries, adorned with a Spider-Man™ inspired fruit web.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (8.94 oz) Nature Valley™ crunchy oats ‘n honey granola bars, unwrapped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups (about 10 oz) sliced fresh strawberries, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 roll (0.75 oz) Fruit by the Foot™ berry tie-dye fruit flavored snack (from 4.5-oz box)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Use a food processor to finely grind the bars into crumbs.
  • Combine granola crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press the mixture firmly onto a cookie sheet to form a 10-inch circle with a slight rim around the edge. Bake for 10 to 14 minutes or until set. Allow to cool completely, which should take about 30 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Arrange berries on top, with strawberries on the edges and blueberries in the center. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
  • Create a fruit snack web by cutting a 12-inch strip of fruit roll into four 1/4-inch thick strips using a pizza cutter. Then, cut two 8-inch strips into four 1/4-inch thick strips lengthwise.
  • Arrange two 12-inch strips in a circle for the outer web, followed by two 8-inch strips for the inner web on top of the fruit pizza. Place 4 remaining 8-inch strips across the circle to complete the web design, referencing the photo for guidance. You may have some fruit strips left over.
  • Cut the dish into wedges using a sharp knife before serving.
