Elevate your Halloween party with creepy spider deviled eggs - a fun and easy potluck idea!
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 12 black olives
  • 1 pinch paprika
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, cover eggs with water and boil. Turn off the heat and let the eggs sit in hot water for 15 minutes. Transfer eggs to cold water to cool and then peel.
  • Halve the eggs lengthwise, then scoop out and mix the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and well blended.
  • Spoon or pipe the deviled yolk mixture into each egg half for a delicious finish.
  • Cut the olives in half, placing one half on each filled egg to create the spider body. Cut the remaining olive half into 8 thin strips for the legs, then arrange 4 olive legs on each side of the spider body. Finish by dusting with paprika.
