Indulge in these irresistible no-bake graham cracker bars, ideal for gifting.
Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 20 squares)
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Candy decorations, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine cracker crumbs, coconut, cocoa, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl. Add 1/2 cup of melted butter and water, then press the mixture into an ungreased 9x9x2-inch square pan. Chill in the refrigerator while you make the topping.
  • Combine all the remaining ingredients, excluding candy decorations. If needed, incorporate an extra 1 to 2 teaspoons of milk until the mixture is easily spreadable. Spread the mixture over the layer in the pan, then refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into 6 rows by 6 rows and garnish with candy decorations. Keep the dish loosely covered in the refrigerator for storage.
