Colorful Funfetti cake mix cookies rolled in sprinkles - the perfect addition to any birthday celebration!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package cake mix with candy bits (such as Pillsbury® Funfetti®), or more to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.33333334326744 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 5 tablespoons multicolored candy sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large bowl until a dough forms.
  • Mix powdered sugar and colorful sprinkles in a small bowl.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and coat each in the confectioners' sugar mixture before placing them on baking sheets.
  • Bake until the tops are golden, approximately 6 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
