Garden Pasta and Pepperoni Salad

Beat the heat with a zesty pasta salad featuring pepperoni, green beans, and our signature mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Salad® classic pasta salad mix
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups frozen French-style green beans, thawed and drained
  • 1 jar (2 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 package (3 1/4 ounces) sliced pepperoni, cut in half (1 cup)
Instructions:
  • Add the Pasta mix to a 3-quart saucepan filled 2/3 full with boiling water. Let it gently boil uncovered for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Combine the seasoning mix, oil, and cold water in a large bowl and set it aside.
  • After cooking the pasta, rinse it with cool water and give it a good shake to remove excess water. Mix the pasta, beans, and mushrooms into the seasoning, then add the pepperoni on top. Right before serving, sprinkle with the topping and toss everything together. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
