French-style green salad with balsamic vinaigrette - a crispy, classic delight!
Ingredients:
  • 60ml chardonnay
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 11.80 gm Dijon mustard
  • 150ml olive oil
  • 1 bunch watercress
  • 50g rocket leaves
  • 250g punnet baby heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 bunch baby (Dutch) carrots, peeled
  • 1 bunch small radishes
  • Edible flowers (see notes)
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix vinegar, garlic, mustard, and oil, then season. Add watercress, arugula, tomato, carrot, and radish to the bowl.
  • Drizzle dressing over the salad and gently mix. Garnish with edible flowers, if desired, and enjoy.
