Savor these flavorful garlic and mustard grilled beef and veggie burgers - ready in 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons country-style Dijon mustard
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 sandwich buns, split
  • 4 slices (1 oz each) Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 jar (7 oz) roasted red bell peppers, drained
  • Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. In a medium bowl, combine beef, mustard, and garlic. Form into 4 patties, approximately 3/4 inch thick.
  • Grill the patties over medium heat for 13 to 15 minutes, flipping them once, until the meat thermometer reads 160°F when inserted in the center. Toast the buns, cut sides down, on the grill for the last 4 minutes. Finally, top the burgers with cheese.
  • Assemble burgers with lettuce and red peppers on buns.
