Portobello mushroom caps marinated in Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Irresistible!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper
  • 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
  • 4 kaiser rolls, split
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill until it reaches medium-high heat and brush the grate lightly with oil.
  • Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat mushrooms with the mixture and marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Grill mushrooms on the preheated grill with the lid closed for about 10 minutes until browned and tender, flipping once. Serve on kaiser rolls.
