Savory portabello mushrooms sautéed in wine, garlic, and parsley combined with decadent Alfredo sauce, drizzled over cheese tortellini for an elegant and easy meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound cheese tortellini
  • 2 large portobello mushrooms
  • 0.25 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 8 ounces Alfredo-style pasta sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes; then drain.
  • Prepare the mushrooms by rinsing them and thinly slicing the caps, discarding the stems.
  • In a medium skillet over low heat, saute mushrooms with wine, parsley, and garlic, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes until mushrooms are cooked through.
  • Take the skillet off the heat and gently pour in the Alfredo sauce while stirring until well combined; season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Divide hot pasta into four servings and generously ladle sauce on top. Sprinkle with cheese for the perfect finishing touch. Serve immediately to enjoy the delicious flavors at their best.
