Whip up creamy, flavorful homemade mayo in minutes to elevate your dishes like fish, burgers, and salad.
Ingredients:
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 11.80 gm Dijon mustard
  • 200ml olive oil (See notes)
  • Salt & freshly ground white pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine the yolks, vinegar, and mustard in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • With the motor running, slowly pour in the oil until the mixture thickens and becomes pale.
  • Enhance the flavors with roasted garlic in the aioli, tomato sauce in the seafood sauce, and a blend of mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovies in the Caesar dressing.
  • Season generously with freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste.
