Create crispy parmesan croutons for an extra crunch in your salad.
Ingredients:
  • 27.30 gm olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 baguette (French breadstick), cut into 5mm-thick slices
  • 20g (1/4 cup) finely grated parmesan
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Mix oil, garlic, and mustard in a bowl. Brush baguette slices with the mustard mixture and arrange them on the prepared tray.
  • Top baguette slices generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven, remembering to flip them halfway through, for 12-15 minutes until they are perfectly crispy. Check out serving suggestions in the notes.
