Garlic, herb, and Parmesan seasoned homemade croutons.
Ingredients:
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 5 thick slices day-old bread with crusts removed, cut into cubes
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine butter, Parmesan cheese, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, and salt in a large flat-bottomed bowl. Toss in bread cubes until evenly coated, then transfer to a baking sheet.
  • Bake until golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven. Allow croutons to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
