Ingredients:
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed or to taste
  • 1 cup peeled, seeded, and diced tomato
  • 5 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tilapia fillets
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine garlic and tomato in a bowl, mix in sour cream, season with salt and pepper, then spread over the fish fillets in a baking dish.
  • Bake fish in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until halfway done. Pour tomato sauce over fish, then bake for another 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
