Succulent garlic herb grilled pork tenderloin infused with fragrant thyme and rosemary - a perfect harmony of flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 0.5 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Butterfly the pork tenderloin by making a horizontal cut, keeping the halves intact. Massage the tenderloin with aromatic olive oil.
  • Insert garlic into the cavity of the pork, ensuring it touches the fatty part. Push thyme and rosemary into the cavity. Season tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  • Fire up the outdoor grill to a sizzling medium-high heat.
  • Prepare the grill grate with a light oiling. Grill the pork for about 1 hour, turning every 15 minutes, until it reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
