Tender, flavorful, and moist pork chops from our Betty Crocker Learn with Betty cookbook. Learn to make restaurant-worthy pork chops in different variations each week for your dinner rotation!
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless thin cut pork loin chops (about 1 lb)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup Progresso™ panko crispy bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Place each pork chop between sheets of plastic wrap or waxed paper and gently pound with a meat mallet or rolling pin until 1/4 inch thick. Season both sides of the chops with garlic salt.
  • Prepare shallow bowls for breading: one with flour, another with a delightful mixture of breadcrumbs, parsley, basil, and oregano, and a third one with milk. Carefully coat each pork chop first in flour, then in milk, and finally generously coat with the herb-infused breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the pork for 7 to 9 minutes, turning once, until it is browned and no longer pink in the center.
