Healthy red potato wedges, perfect for any meal!
Ingredients:
  • 4 medium red potatoes (2 1/2 to 3 inch), each cut in 8 wedges
  • 2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 500°F. Grease a 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, coat the potatoes with oil, then evenly sprinkle with basil and garlic salt. Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the baking pan in a single layer.
  • Bake uncovered for 15-18 minutes, stirring halfway through, until potatoes are tender inside and crispy outside.
