Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 4 pork chops
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) while you prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and coated with cooking spray.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together soy sauce, egg, water, garlic powder, and ginger. In another shallow bowl, place bread crumbs. Dip pork chops in the egg mixture, then coat evenly with bread crumbs. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until the pork is fully cooked, about 50-55 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to check if the center reaches at least 145°F (63°C).
