Oven-baked Parmesan chicken thighs with a crispy coating, easy to make and guaranteed to impress.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 (5 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 350°F (175°C).
  • Pour the melted butter into a shallow dish, then combine crushed cornflakes, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, seasoned salt, salt, and pepper in a separate shallow bowl.
  • Coat chicken thighs in luscious butter, then generously encrust with cornflake mixture before arranging in a baking dish.
  • Roast in the oven, uncovered, until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear, approximately 1 hour. Check with an instant-read thermometer for a reading of at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) in the center.
