Crispy Parmesan oven-fried chicken wings - tender, juicy, and kid-approved!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (such as Kraft®)
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 5 pounds chicken wings, tips discarded
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and give it a generous spray of cooking spray.
  • Combine the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl, blending flavors to perfection.
  • Coat chicken wings in rich melted butter, then coat generously with bread crumbs. Place wings on baking dish.
  • Bake the chicken wings in a preheated oven until beautifully golden brown, approximately 20 minutes. Flip the wings and bake for an additional 10 minutes until they are perfectly browned and cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) with an instant-read thermometer near the bone.
