Effortlessly crispy oven-fried chicken: juicy inside, crispy outside, and no mess!
Ingredients:
  • 12 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Spread a layer of seasoned flour on one plate or bowl. Place bread crumbs on another plate or bowl and beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  • Coat each chicken piece in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  • Drizzle oil in a large baking dish, then place the breaded chicken thighs inside and generously sprinkle with paprika.
  • After 30 minutes in the preheated oven, flip the pieces over and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them drain on paper towels.
  • Indulge in the dish while it's hot!
