Try this quick and flavorful Parmesan-crusted oven-baked salmon recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 pounds salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a blazing 500 degrees F (260 degrees C) and generously grease a baking sheet.
  • Dry the salmon fillets using paper towels.
  • Combine the rich flavor of olive oil, aromatic garlic, and a hint of salt in a bowl and allow the flavors to meld for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley in a medium bowl.
  • Brush the salmon all over with the olive oil mixture, then coat it evenly with the bread crumb mixture by gently pressing. Transfer the salmon to the baking sheet.
  • Cook the salmon in the preheated oven until it easily flakes with a fork, approximately 10 minutes for every inch of thickness at the thickest part of the salmon.
