20-minute Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta: Hot spaghetti tossed with butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 6 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup reserved pasta water
  • 0.5 cup lightly packed freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a lively boil. Cook the spaghetti for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté garlic in melted butter until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Drain spaghetti, saving 1/2 cup of pasta water. Mix pasta water and Parmesan cheese in the skillet with the garlic. Combine with spaghetti and parsley. Toss to evenly coat the spaghetti with parsley and serve hot.
