Indulge in a decadent Georgia cornbread cake with brown sugar, pecans, and a hint of blonde brownie flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups finely chopped pecans
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • First, preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Then, generously grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Fold in pecans, flour, and vanilla until combined. Transfer batter to the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
