Easy no-chill cut-out cookies perfect for any holiday!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease your cookie sheets.
  • Cream butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; add to the butter mixture. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness on a floured surface. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters and place 1 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
  • Place cookies in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Add your favorite frostings or sprinkles for decoration.
