Enhance family classic with flavorful Bac~Os®, for a lighter, bacon-infused twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 pounds new potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices (4 cups)
  • 1/3 cup fat-free Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic or cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons bacon flavor bits or chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange potato slices in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  • Combine the dressing, vinegar, and onion, then drizzle over the potatoes. Top with savory bacon bits.
  • Bake covered for about 1 hour until potatoes are tender. Gently stir before serving. Enjoy hot or warm.
