Fun, customizable cookies for kids to decorate themselves!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • Betty Crocker™ green neon gel food color
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Fluffy White Frosting
  • Betty Crocker™ black or white decorating gel
  • Miniature marshmallows
  • Miniature candy-coated chocolate baking bits
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, butter, and egg in a medium bowl until dough is formed. Place rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 11 to 14 minutes until edges turn light golden brown. Allow to cool for 1 minute, then transfer from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Let cool completely for about 15 minutes before serving.
  • Blend food color into frosting to achieve desired green hue. Frost cookies after they have cooled. Utilize black or white decorating gel to create spooky faces on cookies. Garnish with marshmallows and baking bits for added decoration.
