Giant cupcake flower recipe

Easy to make giant cupcake bouquet using cupcake mix.
Ingredients:
  • 3 x 450g pkts vanilla cupcake mix
  • Yellow lollies, to decorate
  • Blue liquid food colouring
  • Pink liquid food colouring
  • Purple liquid food colouring
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line 36 muffin pan holes with paper cases designed for 1/3-cup (80ml) portions. Prepare cupcakes according to the instructions on the packet. Allow them to cool completely before moving on.
  • Prepare the icing from the cupcake packets and spread a little on one cupcake. Decorate with yellow lollies. Divide the rest of the icing into 3 parts and tint with blue, pink, and purple liquid food coloring. Spread over the rest of the cupcakes.
  • Create a beautiful cupcake flower by positioning the yellow cupcake at the center of a large serving platter and surrounding it with the blue, pink, and purple cupcakes. Complete the design by adding foliage to form the stem.
